Registration is only valid after payment of Symposium fee. A surcharge on the registration fee will be added for registrations received after 10/03/2009.

Registration and payment after 10/03/2009:                           € 295,-

The registration fee includes access to all plenary sessions and a choice out of the workshops, symposium information, a lunch and drinks.
